As a founding member of Advanced Valve & Instrument, Mandy Bunting finds the greatest satisfaction in the collaborative spirit of the team. Having built the company with her husband, Bryce Bunting, she has fostered a culture of shared responsibility and mutual support. The close-knit atmosphere at AVI is comparable to a family away from home; where employees, customers and suppliers encourage and uplift one another both personally and professionally. A particular source of pride for Mandy is witnessing the growth of team members, many of whom started at AVI while in college and have since built successful careers and families.

With a diverse range of responsibilities that extend beyond her CFO title, including HR, facilities management, and strategic planning, she brings a wealth of experience to her role.
