The NAF Setball is a Segmented V-Ball control valve that is used in many different industries, such as Pulp and Paper, Oil and Gas, chemical and many others. Using a splined shaft and direct mount actuator allows the SetBall to have precise control as well as a compact design. Direct mounting the Setball to NAF’s Turnex actuator lowers the hysteresis that can be associated with bracket and couplers, which is a major concern when tight control is needed for your application. COMPANY HISTORY
NAF began operations in 1899, with their first stainless steel valves being provided to the process industry in 1904. They changed the industry in 1933 by becoming the world’s first manufacturer of ball valves! NAF was acquired by Flowserve in 2002. This provided access to a global sales organization as well as greater access to development resources. We at AVI are proud to partner with NAF as one of their largest stocking distributors in the US since 2017.
