Meet Our Valve Specialist Team

                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                  Bo Sellers covers areas from Central Georgia into South Carolina, and has been with AVI since 2014. With him being the most seasoned outside salesmen, he has a wealth of knowledge that he loves to share with his customers. In fact, one of his favorite parts of the job is helping customers solve valve issues and educating them along the way. 

Bo agrees that his biggest accomplishment since joining AVI, has been increasing our customer base in the Augusta/Aiken area. This has been dependent on him building customer relationships as well as providing customers with the right valve the first time, everytime. When possible, you can catch him casting a line or in the woods hunting with one (or both) of his sons.

                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                             Adam McDonald has been with AVI since 2018. He started in AVI’s warehouse and was recently promoted to Valve Specialist. Adam is responsible for covering Savannah and surrounding area, and looks forward to connecting with his customers on a daily basis. When asked what part of AVI’s mission he connects with the most, he stated, “to provide the right valve the first time, every time because the proper valve the first time will save the customer money, time, and heartache.”

Since Adam is new to his role, his current goal is to become the best he can be by listening to and learning from his customers and mentors in the office. Adam is a little biased and believes we have the best customers out there (okay, we all agree with him too)! He enjoys spending time with family and friends outside of work. At any point in time, you can catch him jammin’ out to Keith Whitley, George Jones, and Garth Brooks!


Thomas Morris came on board with AVI in summer 2022, and covers the South Georgia and North Florida territories. The best part of his job is building relationships with customers, and providing practical solutions for their valve related needs. This year, Thomas has made it his goal to strengthen his relationships with current customers, and introduce AVI’s outstanding service to new customers in his area. This involves creating as many points of contact as possible while out on the road. 

If you see him around your facility, make sure you say “hey” and ask him about ¼ mile street cars or saltwater fishing. He would love the opportunity to chat and also help you with valve-related needs or concerns!
